The old Francium song and meme have been around for at least 5 years (a motion created by Kevin Le / rrkhl97 and later modified by Alvinloser1 has been around since January 2010), but this particular motion is new (May 2014). I originally found it on "Hull's Experimental Projects" page (Russian), but it's BoomBangprojet who made the motion data.
